The cold & freezing weather is here! We need anyone with open ditches & exposed water pipes to the water meter to cover the ditches & exposed pipes and keep the lid on the meter. Any open ditched and exposed water lines will bust/break during the freezing weather and create water lose for both the customer and the water district. If the water line busts on the customer side of the meter, the cost belongs to the customer. PLEASE cover all open ditches and water pipes.
